We Meet for 90 Minutes

We open space together. I work with what's present — emotionally, somatically, relationally — guided by what you bring into the room.

You Leave With Clarity

Real emotional awareness, a felt understanding of your patterns and practical tools for working with them. If it feels right, I'll also point you toward the mentorship journey that fits your situation — so you know exactly what the next step looks like, if you want one.
