HOW I WORK WITH COUPLES

Space for both of you. Honesty about what needs to change.

I meet each of you alone first, so I can hear your story without the other one in the room. Then we work together on communication, desire, boundaries and the patterns you both bring from childhood

We do it through talking and through the body. We notice what happens in your body during conflict, practise expressing needs and boundaries and explore what supports closeness and desire.

Is it all online?
